At Keillar Search Associates, we use a research driven recruitment approach. Tailoring each search to the individual client, we allow you access to the best candidates, as opposed to the best on the market at the time.

How do we access the entire market for you?

Keillar Search Associates have an inhouse research capability which, teamed with our highly experienced consultants, enables us to thoroughly map your maket and grant you access to the best available talent.

Our research process includes:

Building a Target List: We identify your competitors and other organisations with the type of individual that you seek and create a target list of these companies.

Identifying Talent: We then build an accurate picture of the relevant talent within each company on our target list. This is acieved by gaining access to organisational charts, internal performance statistics and through interviewing sources within these companie to gain a full understanding of job functions and who the top performers really are.

Longlisting: We create a list of all the individuals that we have identified as being relevant for your search.

Targeting Talent: Through conducting initial telephone conversations with the individuals on the longlist, we determine their motivatins and career aspirations in order to assess their suitability for your role (without revealing the identity of your company or position).

Creating an Internal Shortlist: By identifying from the longlist those individuals with the right skill set, coupled with a good cultural assimilation and motivations that tie in with your offering, we build a shortlist of candidates who we will interview face-to-face for the position.

Creating a Client Shortlist: We understand that your time is precious. We will only present to you a shortlist of candidates who we have interviewed and identified as being truly suitable for your role.

This is the Keillar Search Associates approach and it works.

Fee Structure

At KSA, we recognise that you want the best candidate and value for money. We believe that our offering provides you with both.

Our standard fee is based on an agreed percentage of the candidate's package. We then charge a research fee of one third of the total upfront.

The remaining two thirds is payable upon successful completion of the search.
