All CV and interview details are confidential.
Detailed information will only be released to companies with your express permission.
Keillar Resourcing conforms to the requirements of the Data Protection Act and therefore we will only disclose such information to clients as is appropriate to support your application. No additional information will be disclosed to clients without your full consent.
Interviews will be confirmed in writing with details of date, time, location and interviewer where available. The interview confirmation will include the following information: time, date, location, client, position, interviewer, the format and any special requirements in addition to a variety of interview hints - especially when competency based questions are used. Although we depend on feedback from companies, we will endeavour to keep you informed as regularly as possible as we realise how frustrating it is to not know what is happening.
No telephone calls will be made to your home before 8am or after 9pm, Monday - Friday (before 11am or after 9pm on weekends). No telephone calls will be made to your place of work unless absolutely necessary and in such circumstances every effort will be made to ensure confidentiality. We also will never use work email addresses unless we have received confirmation that this is acceptable.
Any information given by you regarding a company looking for a candidate will be treated in confidence. If you are interested in a position and Keillar Resourcing is not handling the vacancy, we will put forward your details and no other until you or the client company has decided that the position is not for you.
