We specialise in areas we understand. This is based on the fact that the consultants at Keillar Resourcing have relevant industry experience with qualifications including FCIPD, FPC and FREC.
Keillar has an extensive national and international database of experienced candidates, which we have built up over many years. This database has largely grown through referral and advertising. We also regularly have candidates returning to us for career advice, candidates who become clients and those we have contacted directly.
We can guarantee that all candidates have given their permission for their details to be sent and have been fully briefed. You are therefore assured of only receiving CVs from candidates who are genuinely interested in the position. Once successfully recruited, we will not then approach that individual.
We endeavour to personally interview all of our candidates - where this is not possible, we will at the very least conduct a detailed telephone interview.
The majority of our work is carried out on a 'search and selection' basis, however, we can provide a number of bespoke recruitment services including 'retained' and 'executive search' depending on the circumstances and nature of the project. We can also provide a full consultancy service to assist clients with their interview processes and any other aspects of recruitment and selection.
