Role                       Experienced IFA Administrator

Location               Central Ayr – newly refurbished office

Salary                    £18 – 25 000 depending on experience

If you are an experienced IFA administrator who enjoys being in charge of your work load and who will not be micro-managed then this is the role for you.  Working for one of the UK’s most qualified IFAs you’ll use your knowledge of Intelligent Office to ensure that everything runs smoothly.  You’ll be given lots of responsibility so if you prefer being told exactly what to do then it won’t appeal!  If you are commuting into Glasgow and would prefer to work out of Ayr, then again this role would be ideal.  You will have a couple of colleagues assisting you too.

You need to have IFA experience and know how to use the usual IFA software systems and in particular:-

  • Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Intelligent Office CRM (IO)
  • Selectapension
  • Defaqto engage
  • Dynamic Planner
